Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you are not satisfied The Gimbal Store will issue a full refund of the purchase price of eligible returns within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible Returns

Returns items must be unworn, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/or labels. 

Return Refusals

The Gimbal Store reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. The Gimbal Store will not accept the return of damaged gimbal products. We will not accept returns of worn, damaged, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging.

Shipping Fee Returns

If you wish to return an item to us simply let us know and we will do everything we can to help make the process fast and easy. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

We are human! In the event that The Gimbal Store ships you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.

Restocking Fee

Returns of items that received Free Shipping (orders over $99 shipped to the continental United States) are subject to a $15 restocking fee. Returns of orders over 5lbs or orders totaling over $499 are subject to a $30 restocking fee. 


All items are protected by a 1 Year US Parts & Labor Warranty against defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.

If you have a defective item or warranty question, please contact us. We will gladly facilitate your warranty claim.

Misc. Return Information

Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your return before shipping the item back to us.

Return Instructions

Please include the Packing Slip, Order Number, and Purchaser Name along with a brief reason for return in the box. DO NOT SIMPLY SHIP RETURNS BACK TO SENDER.
